Where healing meets housing.
We empower families to rise beyond poverty, trauma and systems that prevent them from owning a home. It’s time to claim generational wealth.
Rise Haus Project is built for the underserved communities too often pushed aside — Black families, low-income households, LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled folks, and anyone who’s ever been told they’ll never own a home. We see you, and we believe in your right to not just survive but thrive.
Through culturally rooted education, housing support, and long-term guidance, we help you move from renting to rooted — and build a legacy that lasts. Because homeownership is more than a milestone. It’s healing. It’s power. It’s how we rise.
Homeownership Education
A lot of people grow up thinking they’ll never be able to buy a house — especially if they’re low-income, Black, LGBTQ+, or living with a disability. But we’re here to change that.
Our program teaches everything schools don’t: how credit works, how to save money, how to apply for a loan, and how buying a home really works. We also offer financial boot camps, job prep workshops, and real talk about how to build the kind of future where you’re in control.
Whether you’re ready to buy next year or just want to learn, we’ll walk with you step-by-step until you’re ready to rise.
Staying Rooted
Buying a house is a big deal — but keeping it is just as important. Life happens. Bills come up. Pipes break. Jobs change. That’s why we don’t just help people buy homes — we help them keep them.
Through our Rooted & Resilient program, we teach things like:
How to fix small things in your house
How to plan for big bills like property taxes
What to do if life gets hard and you need help
We’ll stick with you long after you get the keys, so your home can stay your home — for good.
Youth & Community Legacy
Imagine a world where your kids already know how to buy a home before they turn 21 — because they learned it early. That’s what Keys4Kids is all about.
Through hands‑on volunteer projects — like helping with home clean-ups, community garden builds, or family finance workshops — kids gain real-life skills: saving, teamwork, fixing things, and understanding money. These aren’t just fun activities; they’re building blocks for generational wealth and future homeownership — especially important for communities that face higher barriers.
By equipping youth early, we’re preparing future homeowners long before they ever apply for a loan — so they can step into homeownership with skill, confidence, and community behind them.
“I never imagined owning a home was even possible for someone like me. But now I’m unlocking doors I once thought were permanently closed.”
— You, rewriting your story.
